Our plasma equipment includes the latest torches using air or argon/hydrogen as the carrier gas, and our cutting beds can accommodate plates 6m x 3m with a 5 tonne maximum weight and a maximum thickness of 75mm.

Sheared Steel

Stainless steel sheet, 3mm – 8mm thick, sheared to your required size on our 28 tonne shear

We supply stainless steel plate, cold sawn to your requirements

Our equipment includes one of Europe’s largest plate saws which can cut stainless plate up to 75mm thick and 6m in length

We hold extensive stocks of stainless steel plate to EN 10088-2 in the following grades:

1.4307 (replaces 304S11/304L)
1.4301 (replaces 304S31/304)
1.4404 (replaces 316S11/316L)
1.4401 (replaces 316S31/316)
1.4541 (replaces 321S31)

Most plate is also certified to BS1501, BS1449 and/or ASTM A240.

Mill certificates and 3.1 certs are supplied with all material purchased.

We can supply materials to AD W2 2000

Sizes stocked range from 3mm to 75mm thick and up to 6m in length by 2m in width. Larger plates can be obtained and processed by agreement
